  • Cakes
  • Muffins
  • Malt
  • Molasses

Other factors include:

  • Artificial sweeteners
  • Potato chips or crisps
  • Vinegar
  • Foods containing citric acid
  • Dried fruits
  • Foods which contain Gluten
  • Sweet potatoes
  • Beetroot
  • Foods high in colorants, flavorings, MSG

Fruits and tinned fruit contain natural sugars, fructose which promote the growth of Candida. These should therefore be avoided.

Steps to overcome Candida
